By creating an account, making a purchase, or accessing any part of our services, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter this agreement.

2. Our Services

Meal Prep Biz 101 provides educational content and courses, access to the Meal Plan Mafia private community, meal prep business management software (currently in Beta), a digital store with products and templates, and free resources including blog posts, podcast episodes, and an ebook. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

3. User Accounts

To access certain services, you must create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, maintaining the security of your credentials, all activity that occurs under your account, and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Community Conduct

By participating in our community, you agree not to:

• Post spam, solicitations, or unsolicited promotional content
• Share another member's private information without consent
• Harass, bully, or demean other community members
• Share false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Reproduce or distribute our paid content outside the platform
• Use the community to promote competing products or services

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or ban any member who violates these guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Meal Prep Biz 101 platform — including courses, videos, written materials, graphics, software, and the brand — is owned by Just Case, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or sublicense any content without written permission.

6. Payments & Refunds

All purchases are processed in USD. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the amount shown at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access granted upon purchase, all sales are generally final. Refund requests are evaluated case-by-case. Contact us within 7 days of purchase with a detailed explanation. We are committed to resolving issues fairly.

Subscriptions

Subscription memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Cancel any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period — no partial refunds for unused time.
